Royal Easter Show Begins History

The Royal Easter Show is an event which combines agriculture, an amusement park, and fair. The show has many competitions such as judging of livestock and produce, arts and crafts, photography, and cook offs. The Royal Easter Show was first held in 1823, and has become Australia’s largest annual ticketed event. According to the Easter Show, this festival attracts on average about 828,000 people. The Royal Easter Show is set up annually at the Sydney Showground, located at the Sydney Olympic Park. In 2023, The Royal Easter Show will begin on April 6th.
