Food Allergy Awareness week is a weeklong informative campaign used to bring awareness to different types of food allergies and misconceptions. The campaign was created in 1998 by FARE (Food Allergy Research and Education), It is estimated that over 32 million Americans are living with potentially life-threatening food allergies.
